I just about cried when we sang happy birthday. I can't believe she is two. Her birth is still so fresh in my mind. I had to give her a big smooch.
She was being shy. I think she was a little confused about having both sets of grandparents in the same room. She was pretty mellow the whole night. I ended up having to help her blow out the candle because everyone was watching and she froze. Poor baby.

Elmo was the most entertaining toy she received. She was unsure about it at first but she has warmed up to him. Just today she was reading Elmo a book. I saw her start to touch the button on his belly but she pulled away when I walked into the room.
